About The Job

Are you an LMFT seeking the flexibility of remote work without sacrificing professional growth, peer connection, or meaningful clinical impact? Join our forward-thinking outpatient behavioral health clinic as we expand our telehealth therapy services across Nevada. We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver high-quality virtual care to individuals, couples, and families from the comfort of your home.

As a Remote LMFT, you’ll provide virtual psychotherapy to a diverse range of clients dealing with relational, emotional, and behavioral challenges. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families rebuild trust, improve communication, and move toward lasting change.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Active LMFT license in the state of Nevada. (Interstate licensure is a plus!)
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Prior telehealth experience preferred but not required—training provided.
  • Strong clinical skills in relational therapy and family systems.
  • Reliable internet connection and private home office or workspace.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide virtual individual, couples, and family therapy via a secure telehealth platform.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Utilize therapeutic approaches such as EFT, CBT, DBT, systemic therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with Nevada licensure standards.
  • Coordinate care as needed with other members of the clinical team.
  • Attend remote team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions (if applicable).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and caseload.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees).
  • Flexible scheduling and work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for clinical supervision and continuing education.
  • Supportive and collaborative work culture.
  • Hybrid and telehealth options (depending on client needs and clinic policy).
  • Administrative support for billing and scheduling.
