About the Job:

Are you a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who thrives in a supportive, mission-driven environment? Do you believe that healing happens in the context of trusted relationships and evidence-based care? If so, we want to meet you.

Our thriving outpatient behavioral health office—located in the heart of California—serves a diverse population of individuals, couples, and families seeking meaningful therapeutic support. We're looking for a dedicated LMFT to join our collaborative team of clinicians, where your expertise and personal passion for mental health will be deeply valued and supported.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a wide range of clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using our intuitive, paperless EHR system.
  • Participate in regular clinical consultation groups and optional training sessions to support ongoing professional development.
  • Engage in culturally responsive care, respecting the diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences of our client base.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California, in good standing with the BBS.
  • Passionate about delivering trauma-informed, client-centered care.
  • Experienced with diverse client populations and sensitive to cultural, socioeconomic, and LGBTQ+ issues.
  • Comfortable with technology and open to using a modern EHR and telehealth platforms.
  • A natural collaborator who values connection, professionalism, and continued learning

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary or fee-for-service compensation model based on experience and caseload.
  • Flexible scheduling with options for telehealth and in-person services.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible full-time staff).
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and continuing education reimbursement.
  • Regular clinical supervision and access to CEU training.
  • A mission-driven, inclusive environment where your voice matters and your work makes a difference.
