Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist – Bethesda, Maryland

Job Summary:
This role is an excellent opportunity for a licensed LMFT seeking structure, consistency, and meaningful client interaction in an outpatient setting. You'll provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices. Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
• Participate in ongoing clinical training and peer consultation

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active Maryland LMFT license
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
