Job Summary:
We’re currently hiring a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to join a structured, client-focused outpatient program. This position is ideal for someone who values consistency, collaboration, and meaningful client interaction. You’ll work with individuals, couples, and families while being supported by a team that emphasizes clinical excellence.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured assessments and personalized care plans
• Facilitate sessions for couples, families, and individuals
• Track therapeutic progress and adapt interventions as necessary
• Ensure timely, complete clinical documentation
• Join peer consult groups and trainings regularly

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related area
• Valid Maryland LMFT license
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy models
• Effective communicator and team contributor
