Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Maryland-licensed LMFT to deliver high-quality care in a low-stress, outpatient setting. This is a great match for someone looking to focus on therapy without administrative overload. Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health evaluations and create treatment goals
• Deliver individual, couple, and family sessions
• Adjust care plans based on ongoing progress reviews
• Maintain client records to professional standards
• Participate in peer learning and collaboration

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in relevant behavioral health discipline
• Active LMFT license in Maryland
• Training in empirically supported treatment modalities
• Ability to engage effectively with clients and teams
