Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Licensed MFT in Maryland who’s ready for a consistent outpatient schedule and a team-oriented work culture. This role offers the chance to focus on therapy in a well-structured environment, free from billing stress and unmanageable caseloads.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete diagnostic assessments and define clear goals
- Provide ongoing therapy to individuals and relationship systems
- Update progress notes and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to case reviews
- Attend workshops and case consultation meetings
Qualifications:
- Licensed as LMFT in Maryland
- Master’s or higher in counseling or related field
- Clinical experience with families, couples, and individuals
- Solid knowledge of evidence-based frameworks
