Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As an LMFT in our outpatient clinic, you will provide psychotherapy services to clients ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Your work will focus on helping individuals navigate a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and life transitions.
What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, family systems, and more
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and care coordinators
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain a caseload of clients with flexibility for both in-person and telehealth sessions
Minimum Requirements:
  • A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California, in good standing with the BBS.
  • Passionate about delivering trauma-informed, client-centered care.
  • Experienced with diverse client populations and sensitive to cultural, socioeconomic, and LGBTQ+ issues.
  • Comfortable with technology and open to using a modern EHR and telehealth platforms.
  • A natural collaborator who values connection, professionalism, and continued learning
