As an LMFT in our outpatient clinic, you will provide psychotherapy services to clients ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Your work will focus on helping individuals navigate a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and life transitions.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, family systems, and more
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and care coordinators
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain a caseload of clients with flexibility for both in-person and telehealth sessions
- A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California, in good standing with the BBS.
- Passionate about delivering trauma-informed, client-centered care.
- Experienced with diverse client populations and sensitive to cultural, socioeconomic, and LGBTQ+ issues.
- Comfortable with technology and open to using a modern EHR and telehealth platforms.
