Location: Buffalo, New York

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $90,000 - $95,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Are you a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) ready to make a meaningful impact in your local community? Do you thrive in a supportive, team-based outpatient environment that values both clinical excellence and personal well-being? If so, we invite you to bring your passion, experience, and vision for healing to our growing network of providers across New York.

As an LMFT in our outpatient program, you’ll work with a diverse caseload spanning couples, families, adults, adolescents, and children. This is a unique opportunity to use your relational expertise in a setting that balances clinical independence with meaningful team support.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy using systemic and evidence-based models (e.g., EFT, CBT, Solution-Focused, Gottman Method)
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our EHR system
  • Participate in interdisciplinary consultation and clinical team meetings
  • Deliver services in-person, via telehealth, or hybrid formats depending on client and clinician needs
  • Option to facilitate relationship or parenting groups and workshops

We’re looking for a dedicated LMHC who:

  • Active LMFT license in New York (required)
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • 1–2 years of outpatient experience preferred (open to newly licensed therapists with strong clinical training)
  • Experience working with couples, families, or children/adolescents
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive care
  • Proficient in using EHR and maintaining clinical documentation

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and caseload
  • Flexible work schedules including evenings and weekends (as preferred)
  • Hybrid and telehealth opportunities
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees)
  • CEU support and clinical supervision (if needed)
  • A warm, team-oriented culture with ongoing mentorship and professional growth
  • Admin support for billing, scheduling, and EHR

Let’s help New York heal—one family, one relationship, one session at a time.
