Now Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California
Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $140K to $160K a year + benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Are you a passionate LMFT dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families thrive? We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our supportive mental health practice in California. Make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse community in need.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals
- Participate in case consultations and ongoing training opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Active California LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred (newly licensed welcome)
- Strong communication and therapeutic skills
- Cultural competence and a commitment to inclusive care
