Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California
Location: Irvine , California
Salary: $140K to $160K a year + benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Are you an empathetic and experienced LMFT looking for a flexible remote opportunity? Join our expanding telehealth practice and provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care to individuals, couples, and families across California—all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients via secure telehealth platform
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Active California LMFT license (must reside in CA)
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Comfortable using telehealth technology and electronic health records
- Prior teletherapy experience is a plus but not required
