Location: Kent, Washington

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide compassionate therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Create personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Address a range of emotional and relational challenges, including trauma, communication issues, and life transitions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for well-rounded client care
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with clinical guidelines

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active LMFT license in the state of Washington
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and clinical judgment
  • Commitment to inclusive, culturally competent care
  • Experience in teletherapy or interest in hybrid/remote delivery is a plus
