Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
• Support clients through a variety of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with a team of professionals through virtual meetings and peer support
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and meet ethical and legal standards

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Active LMFT license in the state of Washington
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools
• Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills
• Commitment to culturally sensitive, client-centered care
