Location: Bowie , Maryland

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and flexible environment. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Active and unrestricted Maryland LMFT license
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline
  • Strong foundation in family systems theory and relationship-based therapy
  • At least 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems (training provided if needed)

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will:

  • Conduct clinical intake assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy across a wide range of mental health and relationship concerns
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EFT, or the Gottman Method
  • Engage in supervision or team meetings, if required or desired
  • Ensure ethical and legal standards are maintained in all clinical practices
