Now Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Corona, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Position Summary:
As an LMFT, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate relational challenges, mental health concerns, and life transitions. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, offering individual, couples, and family therapy in a setting that values autonomy, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other providers as needed for integrated care
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision (if applicable), and ongoing training
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)

Qualifications:

  • Active LMFT license in the State of California
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities
  • Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EFT, or trauma-focused therapies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • Comfortable with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
