Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Iowa
Location: Coralville, Iowa
Job Types: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Position Overview:
As a Remote LMFT, you will provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families across Iowa. You'll work independently while receiving the support of an experienced administrative and clinical team, allowing you to focus entirely on client care. We handle scheduling, billing, and tech so you can do what you do best—help people heal and thrive.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Provide virtual psychotherapy to a diverse caseload, including individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EFT, trauma-informed care, and others
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in our HIPAA-compliant EHR
- Participate in optional team meetings, clinical consultations, and peer support groups
- Ensure care is culturally sensitive, ethical, and client-centere
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Iowa (required)
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- 1+ years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and digital documentation
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Passion for working with diverse populations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
