Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – San Diego, California

We are looking for a compassionate and professional Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic clinical team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help individuals, couples, and families address complex emotional and relational issues. Your work will have a direct, positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic support for individuals, couples, and families facing emotional and relationship difficulties.
• Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment strategies.
• Use proven therapeutic methods to guide clients toward emotional health.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate client records.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline.
• Active LMFT license in California state.
• Solid clinical experience, especially with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
