Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Vallejo, CA
We are inviting compassionate LMFTs to join our organization and provide impactful therapy services. Use your skills to guide individuals, families, and couples through challenges and toward a healthier future.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, plus full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Lead therapy sessions for clients with diverse needs, including individuals, couples, and groups.
- Perform assessments to design effective, personalized treatment plans.
- Address mental health and addiction concerns using evidence-based therapies.
- Maintain thorough records to track client progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Current LMFT license in your practicing state.
- Experience working in therapeutic settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to thrive in both independent and team environments.
