Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Position: Full-Time LMFT
Location: Tacoma, Washington
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000/year + benefits
We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. This is a full-time role where you’ll offer structured therapy sessions focused on behavioral health and emotional well-being.
Duties:
- Facilitate sessions that encourage open dialogue and emotional growth
- Tailor interventions based on client needs and treatment goals
- Promote healthy communication strategies within relationships
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards
- Work collaboratively with internal care teams
Qualificationsr:
- LMFT license in Washington (required)
- Master’s degree in MFT or related discipline
- Strong grasp of various therapeutic modalities
- Detail-oriented with effective time management
- Previous clinical experience preferred (2+ years)
