Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Mercer Island, Washington
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000/year + full benefits package
We’re offering a role that allows you to deliver therapy that’s meaningful and results-oriented. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you’ll guide clients through challenges and toward solutions that improve their everyday lives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct client-focused sessions across a range of issues
- Use techniques suited to each unique case
- Ensure proper documentation and ethical standards
- Offer consistent support to help clients reach goals
- Coordinate with staff and referral sources
Qualifications:
- Licensed LMFT in Washington
- Graduate degree in therapy, psychology, or similar field
- Experience with CBT and other behavioral approaches
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
- Two years’ post-grad experience preferred
