Job Title: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Location: Renton, Washington
Hours: M–F, 9 AM to 5 PM
Pay: $100,000–$110,000 yearly + benefits
This is a full-time LMFT position where you’ll work directly with clients seeking support through life transitions, relationship struggles, and emotional health concerns. You’ll play a key role in helping them develop resilience and insight.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy across diverse client backgrounds
- Apply evidence-based methods and track client progress
- Work collaboratively with other providers
- Maintain records and observe all clinical guidelines
- Offer support with clarity, structure, and consistency
Qualifications:
- Valid LMFT license in Washington
- Master’s degree in MFT or related area
- Solid understanding of therapeutic frameworks
- Clear, respectful communication style
- Prior counseling experience preferred
