Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Georgia
Location: Macon, Georgia
Job Types: Full-time
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Position Overview
As an LMFT on our team, you will provide therapeutic services that help clients navigate life transitions, resolve interpersonal conflicts, and build healthier relationships. You’ll have the flexibility to conduct sessions in our comfortable office, via secure telehealth, or a combination that suits your style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based models (e.g., EFT, CBT, Bowenian)
- Conduct intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our EHR system
- Participate in regular supervision, case consultations, and team meetings
- Provide crisis intervention and referrals to community resources as needed
- Uphold Georgia licensure and ethical standards in all client interactions
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Active LMFT license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR documentation
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfort working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
- Bilingual clinicians encouraged to apply
