Location: Chester, Pennsylvania
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide therapy services using a secure telehealth platform, helping clients address relational, emotional, and mental health challenges—all from the comfort of your own space.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Perform thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and participate in virtual team meetings
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards in teletherapy
What You Bring:
- Active LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing telehealth services (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
