Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients work through relational and emotional challenges and is committed to fostering a safe and therapeutic environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed
  • Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training

Qualifications:

  • Active LMFT license in the state of California
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with telehealth platforms (preferred but not required)
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
