Position: Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California
Location: Richmond, California
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about providing therapy in a remote setting. You’ll work with a diverse caseload, helping clients navigate personal, relational, and emotional challenges—all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platform
- Conduct intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and participate in virtual team meetings
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of care
What We’re Looking For:
- Active LMFT license in California
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Experience providing therapy via telehealth (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using technology and electronic health records (EHR)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
