Licensed Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-Time LMFT
Location: Bothell, Washington
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 + Full Benefits
About the Role:
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide targeted support to individuals, couples, and families seeking emotional stability and better communication. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions using a goal-oriented approach
- Develop and revise individualized treatment plans
- Address relational challenges and promote emotional wellness
- Maintain client documentation and follow confidentiality standards
- Work closely with other mental health professionals
Required Qualifications:
- Active LMFT license in Washington State
- Master’s degree in MFT, Counseling, or related discipline
- Familiarity with multiple therapy modalities
- Reliable, efficient, and client-focused
- Two years’ clinical experience preferred
