Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure the best care
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and continuing education
Qualifications:
- Active LMFT license in the state of California
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to client-centered care
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with EHR systems is a plus
