We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | California
Location: Sunnyvale, California
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits
Are you a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) seeking the flexibility of working from home while still making a meaningful impact? Join our growing telehealth team and provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to clients across California — all from the comfort of your own space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Document all clinical interactions in a timely and accurate manner using EHR
- Maintain regular communication with clinical supervisors and support staff
- Deliver culturally competent care to clients of diverse backgrounds
What We’re Looking For:
- Active LMFT license in the state of California
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Previous telehealth experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace
- Strong communication and time management skills
