Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Are you a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, couples, and families? We’re looking for dedicated professionals to join our growing behavioral health team in Nevada and help build stronger, healthier communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Document client progress and maintain clinical records in a timely manner
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Stay current on best practices and continuing education requirements

Qualifications:

• Active LMFT license in the state of Nevada
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in providing culturally competent care
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred
