Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits
Are you a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) seeking a flexible remote position to provide compassionate and effective therapy? Join our telehealth team and help individuals, couples, and families across New Jersey improve their mental health—all from the comfort of your own home.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using secure EHR systems
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and team members
- Deliver culturally sensitive, client-centered care
Qualifications:
- Active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Previous telehealth experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
- Strong communication, time management, and tech skills
- Reliable internet connection and private, professional workspace
