We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California Based
Location: Vallejo, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits
Are you a compassionate and licensed LMFT based in California looking to make a difference from the comfort of your home? We’re seeking dedicated mental health professionals to provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families through our supportive telehealth platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
- Create personalized treatment plans and track progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team when needed
Qualifications:
- Active LMFT license in the state of California (required).
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
