Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual mental health services to clients across Arizona. As part of our remote team, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and ongoing professional support.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed.
• Provide culturally competent care to diverse populations.

What You Bring:

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Arizona.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Comfortable with telehealth technology and remote work.
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills.
• Prior telehealth experience is a plus, but not required.
