Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training.

Qualifications:

  • Active LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts (required).
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
