Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California
Location: Santa Clarita, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

We are seeking Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality, client-centered care via telehealth to diverse individuals, couples, and families throughout California.
Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy services to individuals, couples, and families via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EFT, trauma-informed therapy, etc.)
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using an electronic health record system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for consultation, referrals, and care coordination
- Attend optional team meetings, trainings, and supervision (fully virtual)
What We’re Looking For :
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the State of California
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus)
- Comfortable using EHRs, client scheduling tools, and telehealth platforms
- Strong communication, time management, and independent work skills
- Ability to create a quiet and confidential remote workspace
