Location: Sheridan, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Are you a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to making a meaningful impact on the mental health and well-being of individuals, couples, and families? We are seeking a dedicated LMFT to join our compassionate and client-centered behavioral health team in Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create treatment plans
  • Maintain clear, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care
  • Participate in regular team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development
  • Offer culturally sensitive and trauma-informed therapy in accordance with best clinical practices

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the State of Wyoming (or eligibility for Wyoming licensure)
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Proven experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-5, treatment planning, and therapeutic modalities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team
