Location: Basin, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Your Role as a Remote LMFT

As a remote LMFT, you will provide therapy services via secure telehealth platforms to individuals, couples, and families seeking support with mental health, communication, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing emotional well-being in areas where mental health resources are limited.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in a HIPAA-compliant EHR system
  • Participate in virtual clinical consultations, peer support, and continuing education
  • Uphold ethical standards in line with Wyoming licensing regulations and AAMFT Code of Ethics
  • Provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care across diverse populations
  • Manage your caseload independently while collaborating with a virtual multidisciplinary team

What You Bring:

  • Active, unrestricted LMFT license in the State of Wyoming
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience providing therapy via telehealth or a strong interest in virtual care
  • Strong clinical skills in communication, systems-based therapy, and diagnosis
  • Reliable internet connection and a private, secure workspace for remote sessions
  • Proficiency with digital platforms (Zoom, SimplePractice, or other EHRs)
