Location: Ewa Beach, Hawaii

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and update progress notes consistently
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, psychiatrists, and community partners
  • Apply trauma-informed care practices and respect local cultural values and traditions
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, licensing board requirements, and agency policies
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Engage in community outreach and advocacy to promote mental health awareness and access

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the State of Hawaii
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related counseling field
  • Clinical experience working with diverse populations, preferably including Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities
  • Strong skills in family systems therapy and evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EFT, or trauma-focused therapy
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and cultural competency skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
