Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California
Location: Vallejo, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide therapy services to a diverse population of clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a supportive and flexible work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed
- Participate in clinical meetings, training, and case reviews
Qualifications:
- Active LMFT license in the state of California
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Experience with various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and digital documentation
