Job Description:

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Medical Doctor Assistant to join our healthcare team. As an assistant, you will work closely with the medical doctor to ensure patients receive the best possible care. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the medical doctor with patient evaluations and assessments
  • Help to develop and implement treatment plans under the doctor's guidance
  • Conduct basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering injections
  • Maintain patient records and update medical charts as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with information and answering their questions in a kind and caring manner
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the medical doctor
  • Help to manage the office and ensure a smooth patient flow
  • Keep the office clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a medical assistant training program or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and basic medical procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and caring approach to patient care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to collaboration and mutual respect
