Our healthcare organization is seeking skilled Surgeons to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing surgeries on patients to treat injuries, diseases, and deformities.
You'll work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to determine the need for surgery
- Develop treatment plans and discuss risks and benefits with patients and their families
- Perform surgeries using various techniques
- Work with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care
- Monitor and record patients' progress
- Provide education to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited university
- Active state medical license and board certification in Surgery
- Knowledge of surgical techniques and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with patients in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required
Salary and Benefits:
