We seek a qualified Occupational Medicine Physician to become an integral part of our team. Salary:
- $275,000 to $320,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 pm
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and examinations
- Diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses, providing appropriate medical care and follow-up.
- Develop and implement health programs to promote well-being and prevent occupational hazards.
- Collaborate with HR, safety personnel, and management to address workplace health concerns and improve safety protocols.
- Provide training and education on health and safety issues to employees and management.
- Perform fitness-for-duty assessments and return-to-work evaluations.
- Stay current with occupational health regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation.
- Participate in workplace health initiatives, health screenings, and vaccination programs.
- Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
- DOT certification preferred.
- DEA number and NPI required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or a related area.
- Valid medical license to practice in Colorado state.
- Experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or a related area preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
