$300,000 to $500,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Perform preoperative evaluations of patients, assessing their medical history, current health status, and anesthesia requirements.

Develop and implement personalized anesthesia plans based on individual patient needs and surgical procedures, considering factors such as patient age, medical condition, and surgical complexity.

Administer various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and local anesthesia, employing advanced techniques and monitoring equipment to ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the surgical process.

Monitor patients' vital signs, anesthesia depth, and fluid balance during surgery, making necessary adjustments to medication dosage and anesthesia delivery to maintain stability.

Manage anesthesia-related emergencies and complications, responding swiftly and effectively to ensure patient well-being and optimize surgical outcomes.

Collaborate closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to coordinate perioperative care and ensure seamless and efficient surgical procedures.

Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management, monitoring patients' recovery from anesthesia, managing pain medication administration, and addressing any post-operative complications or concerns.

Document all aspects of anesthesia care accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records (EHR) and maintain detailed patient records for continuity of care.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment, participating in continuing medical education (CME) activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Adhere to ethical standards, patient confidentiality regulations, and quality assurance guidelines in accordance with medical policies and legal requirements.
Job Qualifications:

Doctor’s degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Completion of an accredited residency program in Anesthesiology.

Board certification or eligibility for certification in Anesthesiology.

Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice as an Anesthesiologist.

Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Proficiency in various anesthesia techniques, including general, regional, and local anesthesia.

Strong understanding of anesthesia equipment and monitoring devices.

Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
