General Cardiologist Opportunity
A well-established cardiology team in New York is expanding its presence in Brooklyn, offering an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Position Overview:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Patient Volume: 12-16 patients per day
- Setting: Independent outpatient role—no hospital rounds or inpatient call responsibilities.
- On-Call: Limited to phone consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and manage acute, chronic, and episodic cardiac conditions.
- Utilize advanced diagnostics, including echocardiograms, ECGs, MRIs, and CT scans, to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform and interpret exercise and nuclear stress tests.
- Prescribe and manage cardiac medications while prioritizing patient safety.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and adherence to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with specialists and coordinate referrals for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain board certification and stay current with advancements in cardiology.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $400,000 - $500,000 per year
- Support Staff: Dedicated scribe and a 1:1 provider-to-MA ratio

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution
- Board-certified in Cardiology
- Active or eligible New York state medical license
- DEA license and ACLS certification
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other government programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks preferred)
