We Are Hiring General Cardiologist

Our well-established cardiology practice is expanding in Brooklyn, NY, and we’re looking for a skilled General Cardiologist to join our team. This opportunity offers clinical autonomy, a balanced schedule, and a collaborative environment dedicated to providing exceptional cardiac care.

Position Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Patient Volume: 12–16 patients daily
  • Setting: Independent outpatient role—no hospital rounds or inpatient call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and manage acute, chronic, and episodic cardiac conditions.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostics (e.g., echocardiograms, ECGs, MRIs, CT scans) to create personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct and interpret exercise and nuclear stress tests.
  • Prescribe and monitor cardiac medications, prioritizing safety and efficacy.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle changes, and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with specialists and coordinate referrals for holistic patient care.
  • Maintain board certification and stay current with advancements in cardiology.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold a culture of clinical excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $400,000–$500,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Cardiology.
  • Active or eligible New York state medical license.
  • DEA license and ACLS certification.
  • Eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, and other government programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred).
