MedWell Center is seeking for a full-time Family Medicine Physician. Office hours are 8:30am - 8pm Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5pm on Saturday.

Responsibilities:
- Provision of exceptional primary care.
- Office visits for routine and acute issues.
- Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments, which require a holistic view of health and a focus on thoughtful, accurate, and specific documentation.
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations to accurately diagnose and treat various illnesses and injuries.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications.
- Utilize your expertise to interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays and laboratory results.
- Provide ongoing care and management for chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Participation in patient care rounds and conferences, including communicating patient management strategies to members of the Care Team and collaborating with the team to ensure that care plans and strategies are followed through and expanded on.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state, with a clean disciplinary record.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to excellence.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a family medicine practice, showcasing your clinical proficiency and ability to handle diverse patient cases.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to provide accurate diagnoses and develop optimal treatment plans.
- A team-oriented approach, valuing collaboration and actively contributing to the success of the healthcare team.
