Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive range of primary care services, encompassing diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, preventive care, and health maintenance.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of patient histories and perform physical examinations.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide tailored treatment and patient care.
  • Facilitate referrals to specialists when necessary.
  • Exhibit high-quality clinical diagnostic skills to enhance patient care delivery.
  • Review all test results and recommend appropriate patient management, including preventive health guidance.
  • Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans.
  • Provide patient-centric care, considering psychosocial and physical needs.
  • Collect and meticulously record patient information, including medical histories, reports, and examination results.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure the comprehensive delivery of quality care.
  • Actively participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or foreign equivalent.
  • Completion of a three-year postgraduate medical training from a U.S. accredited residency program in Internal Medicine and/or Family Medicine.
  • Welcoming both experienced and newly trained providers.
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine and/or Family Medicine.
  • Must possess a current, unrestricted state license or be eligible for licensure.
  • Must hold an active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registration.
  • Must have active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
  • BLS or ACLS certification strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
  • Comfortable proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office.

Salary:

$220,000-$300,000 a year
