Opportunity for Family Practice Physician: Join Our Healthcare Team!

Our client is looking for a compassionate, caring, board certified / board eligible Family Physician to join our rapidly growing outpatient primary care team, and we would love to speak with you about our opportunities.

Job Summary:

Examine and treat patients with a wide range of conditions and refer those with serious ailments to a specialist or appropriate facility. Typical job duties include taking patient histories, performing or requesting diagnostic tests, making diagnoses, prescribing treatment, administering vaccinations and performing follow-up examinations, as well as educating patients in disease prevention and health maintenance.

Work Schedule: Full-time position (Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm)

Salary: $230k to $300k a year

In this role you will:

  • Provides comprehensive medical services for members of family, regardless of age or sex, on continuing basis: Examines patients, using medical instruments and equipment.
  • Examination of patients, formulation differential diagnostic plans, defines and orders required diagnostic testing.
  • Interpretation of examination findings and test results, and implementation of treatment plans.
  • Determines need for consultation and assists in medical care and treatment provided at the direction of other specialists.
  • Providing primary and secondary preventive maintenance care.
  • Orders or executes various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient’s condition.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records about each patient, including observations during examinations.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified Family Practice Physician.
  • Current State license as Family Physician
  • Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency with 3 or more years of experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hospital and/or clinic setting.
  • Ability to relate to culturally diverse patients and communities.
