Position: Family Medicine Physician

Location: Pasadena, California (Outpatient Setting)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $300,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Scheduling Available)

Looking to hire a board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team in California. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to individuals and families of all ages, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to practice evidence-based medicine while promoting long-term wellness and preventive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, such as hypertension, diabetes, respiratory disorders, and musculoskeletal issues
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and preventive interventions in line with best practices
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up care, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Promote preventive health strategies, including regular screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and wellness practices
  • Work closely with specialists, nurses, and support staff to provide coordinated and holistic patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in California.
  • DEA certification and valid NPI.
  • Proven experience in outpatient, hospital, or primary care settings preferred.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative abilities.
