Position: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Middletown, New York
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in New York. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. You will focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and promoting overall wellness. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality primary care services, including routine check-ups, screenings, and acute care management.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions affecting patients of all ages.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, focusing on preventive healthcare and chronic disease management.
  • Perform minor procedures and administer vaccinations as needed.
  • Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Educate patients and families on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • License: Valid and unrestricted New York State medical license.
  • Certification: Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
  • Experience: Previous experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.
  • Credentialed in Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial Insurances
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
