Location: Essex, Maryland

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding healthcare team in Maryland. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to individuals of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote preventive care, manage chronic conditions, and address acute health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Perform routine physical exams, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for chronic and acute conditions.
• Provide preventive care and patient education on health and wellness.
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records (EHR).
• Stay current with best practices, clinical guidelines, and emerging medical trends.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience in outpatient or primary care settings preferred
• Proficiency in EHR systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
• Skilled in preventive medicine and health promotion.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
