Hiring Full-Time Family Medicine Physician
Position: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Pasadena, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year + benefits
About the Role:
We are seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient clinic in Texas. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality care in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory illnesses.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle counseling.
- Provide preventive care services, including vaccinations, wellness exams, and routine screenings.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, imaging, and EKGs).
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and facility standards.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Texas.
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred (newly board-certified physicians are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in outpatient care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Experience in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
- Skilled in preventive medicine and health promotion.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
